You may place an Order to purchase goods advertised for sale on this site by following the on screen prompts after clicking the item you wish to purchase.

Your Order is a submission to buy the goods.

Information displayed on this site is subject to change by us without notice, but that which is on the site at the time of any Order placed will be applicable.

If, due to error, goods or information displayed may be incorrect when an Order is placed, we will not be obliged to supply those goods taking into account the incorrect information or at all. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your Order and refund the goods price paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask whether you wish to continue with the Order taking into account the correct information.Unless otherwise stated, all prices are not subject to VAT and delivery charges are as specified at the point of placing your Order.

All Orders are subject to availability at all times. We normally deliver to addresses within the UK only. Outside the UK being subject to amended delivery charges as specified by us at the point of placing your Order, whereby we will contact you in this regard to advise. Delivery will be made according to the information provided at the time of the Order and according to the information on the product pages after Order acceptance.

We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods on any specified date we agree. In unforseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control and where we may not be able to deliver the goods within these timescales, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by such circumstances. In these circumstances, we and you will agree to an alternative delivery date. It is your responsibility to contact any delivery agent to arrange the collection or delivery of products that could not previously be delivered because you were unavailable.

This excludes any goods delivered by us personally to your address provided.

We must receive payment in advance before your Order can be processed and the goods dispatched. For creation of a bespoke item, then the specified Non Returnable Deposit payment amount must also be funded in advance. Payments for goods and/or your Deposit can be made via Paypal only.

This ensures you may pay with a Credit or Debit Card of your choice safe and securely.

You have the right to cancel your Order at any time before the goods are dispatched or within 30 days after delivery, subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, such 30 day period beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us via Email. We will confirm receipt of your request via return Email.

At this point, you are obliged to return the goods back to us at your own cost, in it's original packaging, unused and undamaged.

Upon receipt, we will confirm acceptance of the cancelled Order goods via Email.

However, it is hoped that where such goods delivered to you are not as you would have expected, we will endeavour to adopt a mutually suitable solution to promote your retention of said goods to your satisfaction and revoke the cancellation.

You will not have the right to cancel your Order in respect to the supply of goods which are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised. This particularly applies to, although not limited to, bespoke items, or in the case of the supply of sealed audio, video or computer software/hardware if the goods become unsealed after delivery.

Following our confirmed acceptance of your cancellation, we will refund you the price paid for the cancelled Order (or part of the Order cancelled) within 30 days of our confirmation, using the same means of payment as you used to pay for the Order.

We reserve the right to cancel your Order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, do not deliver to your geographical area or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price. If we do cancel your Order, we will notify you via Email and reimburse you as soon as possible.

To the extent not prohibited by law, we accept no liability for any loss which is not foreseeable, which arises when we are not at fault or in breach of these Terms And Conditions or any business losses. Nothing in these terms will affect any liability we may have for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, under Part 1 of The Consumer Protection Act 1987, for breach of any condition as to title, quiet enjoyment or in relation to any goods supplied by us or any other liability, including any liabilities under sale of goods or supply of services legislation, that may not by any applicable law be excluded or limited.

We have no liability to you for any delay in delivering goods you have ordered that is caused by any event or circumstance that is beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, accidents, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, flood, storm, earthquake, natural disaster, failure of telecommunications networks, inability to use transport networks, acts of God, a terrorist attack, war, civil commotion, riots, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, acts or restraints of Government and for the impositions of restrictions on imports and exports.

If any of these Terms And Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or enforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these Terms And Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question will not be affected. No person other than you and us shall have the rights to enforce our agreement, whether under the Contracts (Rights Of Third parties Act) 1999 or otherwise.

If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under our agreement or if we do not enforce our rights against you or delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you or that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under our agreement unless we accept this in writing.

We may update, vary and amend these Terms And Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

These terms are governed by English and Scottish Law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English and Scottish Law. You and we both agree that the Courts of England and/or Scotland will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
